Mit Sack und Pack geht es zunächst auf Station C4A, da auf Station C6B noch kein Bett frei ist. Fix die Sachen abstellen, dann wieder ins Erdgeschoss zur Anmeldung und schließlich noch einmal ins Testzelt vor den Haupteingang und einen Schnelltest gemacht. Der ist zum Glück negativ. Dennoch wird heute auch noch ein PCR getestet. So lange darf ich den Raum nicht verlassen. Erfreulicherweise habe ich ein Zimmer in Richtung Eingang und nicht zur Baustelle. Zudem lässt sich noch das Fenster öffnen.
Vor dem Mittagessen kommt eine junge Pflegerin, die ursprünglich aus Venedig stammt, in Schutzkleidung ins Zimmer. Sie nimmt einen Corona-Abstrich, einen weiteren Abstrich, macht ein EKG und überreicht mir ein Döschen für eine Urinprobe und ein Behältnis für einen weiteren Abstrich. Anschließend versucht sie Blut abzunehmen. Aus dem rechten Arm kann sie 6 von 12 Proben füllen. Dann kommt nichts mehr. Aus dem linken Arm ist gar nichts zu holen. Das überrascht mich nicht, da mein HB-Wert seit Montag zu niedrig ist und ich eigentlich Bluttransfusionen benötige. Weil ich dieses Zerstechen unschön finde und wir die Blutabnahme abbrechen müssen, fange ich erst einmal an zu heulen. Bei dem Wetter könnte ich mir famoseres vorstellen als jetzt wieder für mindestens vier Wochen eingesperrt zu sein 😢.
Die Anmeldung an der „Entertainment-Station“ funktioniert leider auch nicht 🤷🏽♀️.
Nach dem Essen kommt eine andere Pflegerin und versucht ihr Glück mit der Blutabnahme. Sie versucht mir einen Zugang in die rechte Hand zu legen. Das funktioniert allerdings nicht. Sie schnürrt mir den blauen Gurt fester um mein Handgelenk und prökelt in der Vene herum. Ich werde panisch und beginne erneut zu weinen. Das gab es noch nie, dass das Blut nicht floss. Stattdessen fließen die Tränen. Gaaaaanz langsam zapft sie die restlichen Röhrchen voll und prökelt immer wieder herum. Irgendwann ist es dann endlich geschafft und ich beruhige mich auch wieder. Komischerweise finde ich es fast angenehmer am Knochen punktiert zu werden als dass mir jemand in die Venen sticht. Heroin wäre definitiv nicht meine Droge, höchstens als Inhalation.
Zwischendurch ist Schichtwechsel. Die neue Pflegerin schafft es das W-LAN auf meinem Handapparat zu installieren. Zudem tauscht sie den Bildschirm der Entertainmentstation aus, so dass ich jetzt auch Funk und Fernsehen darüber empfange.
Um 16:45 Uhr kommt eine jüngere Ärztin zum Aufklärungsgespräch vorbei, das es noch einmal in sich hat. Sie erzählt von einer Anpassung der geplanten Hochdosis-Chemo, da mein Körper möglicherweise noch vorbelastet ist und es zu toxischen Reaktionen kommen kann. Zudem weißt sie mich noch einmal darauf hin, dass eine Heilungschance von 30-40 % besteht. Das ist irgendwie nicht so richtig viel und gleichzeitig bin ich optimistisch, dass ich zu dieser Gruppe dazuzählen werde 💪🏾!! Dass Patienten erneut transplantiert werden möchte man eigentlich nicht. Dennoch kommt es vor. Nachdem ich sämtliche Einverständniserklärungen unterschreibe, untersucht die Ärztin mich noch einmal. Das macht sie sehr gründlich und hinterlässt einen positiven Eindruck bei mir 🙂.
