To be fair, es stehen auch drei vegetarische und zwei vegane Gerichte auf der Karte. Diese Karte wechselt jedoch nicht. Wenn man fünf Wochen am Stück hier ist, sind die Aussichten zunächst eher mau. Nun gut, man kann ja auch mal Kraut mit Kartoffelpüree ohne die Nürnberger Würschtl ordern. Abends kann man zwischen Möhren-, Blumenkohl-, Brokkoli-, Tomaten- und Spargelcremesuppe wählen, sofern denn welche vorrätig sind. Die werden dann in der „strahlenfreundlichen“ Mikrowelle erhitzt und sind sogar ganz lecker.
