Die erste Nacht zurück im Spital ist ganz i.O. Dank des heftigen Gewitters ist es auch nicht mehr so heiß im Raum. Erfreulicherweise lässt sich ja auch noch das Fenster öffnen. Zwischendurch ist die Körpertemperatur über 38C, was kurz zur Irritation führt und im Auge behalten wird.
Bevor ich vom „Transportdienst“ abgeholt werde, springe ich fix unter die Dusche. Da ist‘n Teil abgebrochen, so dass Wasser von mehreren Seiten kommt. Mit etwas Geschick bekomme ich es hin nicht das gesamte Bad unter Wasser zu setzen.
Kurz vor Acht kommt „die Angie“ noch einmal rein. Angie hatte mir gestern in der Hand rumgeprökelt, um Blut zu erhaschen. Heute probiert sie die Armbeuge und zum Glück kommt ausreichend Blut.
Dann werde ich zum Herzultraschall abgeholt. Der „Begleit-Dude“ ist einverstanden, dass ich eigenständig gehe und nicht von ihm geschoben werde. Beim Herzultraschall geht es überraschend fix. Ich muss nicht lange im Wartebereich hocken und auf der Pritsche des jungen adretten Arztes muss ich auch nicht lange oberkörperfrei liegen. Das Herz scheint in Ordnung. Auf geht’s zum nächsten Termin, der für 8:45 Uhr angesetzt wurde. Beim Lungenfunktionscheck dauert es ebenfalls nicht übermäßig lange und auch mit der Lunge scheint alles in Ordnung zu sein. Ein bisschen brennt mein Ohr noch von der Salbe, die sie einem auf das Ohrläppchen schmieren und dann an der Stelle Blut abnehmen.
Zurück auf Station kommt ein Physiotherapeut herein. Er bringt mir ein Teil, mit dem ich meine Lunge kräftigen soll. Er notiert, dass das Gerät nach vier Tagen ausgetauscht werden soll. Das ist neu. Beim letzten Aufenthalt hatte ich das Teil vier Wochen am Stück in Gebrauch. Es stand allerdings eher herum. Zudem bringt er mir ein Theraband und zeigt mir ein paar Übungen. Der Typ ist jetzt schon besser als alle anderen Physiobobs hier im KH zuvor. Abschließend empfiehlt er mir noch die „Metta-Meditation“. Metta beschreibt den Zustand völlig bedingungsloser, wohlwollender und allumfassender Liebe und Güte. Er berichtet von seinen eigenen Erfahrungen damit und bedankt sich schließlich, dass er das mal loswerden konnte. Ein bisschen eigenartig ist der Dude, zugleich wirkte er bemüht und kompetent.
Da ich das Frühstück verpasst habe, bringt mir die Küchenfrau noch ein Brötchen vorbei.
Da ich noch auf den Flur gehen darf, ergreife ich die Chance durchs geöffnete Notausgang Treppenhaus zu tigern. Ich gehe auch hoch zur José Carreras Station. Bekannte Gesichter erblicke ich dort durch die Glastür leider nicht. Was mir bei meinem Treppengang auffällt sind die unterschiedlichen Bodenbeläge der Stationen bzw. ist nur der Boden der Station 2 (Privatstation) anders als die übrigen Etagen. Well, well …
Nach dem Essen erfahre ich, dass meine Leukozyten im Keller sind und ich nun doch schon in der Aplasie-Phase bin. Ich darf nicht mehr das Zimmer verlassen und das Fenster nur noch mit Maske öffnen 🙄.
Ich höre mir einige Musik-Sets vom Glastonbury Festival an, das letztes Wochenende stattfand. Auf einmal öffnet sich die Tür und die Ärztin rollt das Ultraschallgerät zum Finden der Halsvenen in den Raum.
Zwei junge Ärztinnen, eine davon kenne ich bereits, geben sich sichtlich Mühe. Nie zuvor wurde so viel Desinfektionsmittel auf meine Haut gesprüht. Unter dem sterilen Klebetuch mit Sichtfenster werde ich fast high.
Um zu überprüfen, ob der ZVK nicht aus Versehen die Lunge getroffen hat, werde ich noch einmal zum Röntgen in die Radiologie geschickt.
Um 21:40 Uhr kommt noch einmal eine andere Ärztin ins Zimmer. Auf dem Röntgenbild ist zu erkennen, dass der Katheter für die Chemo zu dicht am Herzen liegt. Manuel fummelt sie an dem Ding herum und zieht den Schlauch ein Stück heraus. Ich blicke dabei starr aus dem Fenster.
