Es wird wieder früh Blut abgezapft. Um 7:15 Uhr kommt bereits ein Handwerker und tauscht den Duschkopf aus. Das ging mal fix. Während ich dusche, wechselt die Pflegerin das Bettzeug. Leider ist der Bettbezug wieder befleckt. Da es nur auf der einen Seite fleckig ist, kann ich diese Seite nach oben drehen.
Vor dem Frühstück marschiere ich in den Keller zur Strahlentherapie. Auf dem Weg dort hin, hole ich mir bei einem kleinen Stand ein Croissant.
Im Wartebereich der Strahlentherapie treffe ich einen älteren Mann um die 70, der sich mir als „Detlef“ vorstellt. Wir hatten gestern bereits gequatscht. Heute kommt er wieder auf mich zu und wir schnacken eine Runde. Er möchte dann noch meine Nummer haben, damit er mir an meinem „Geburtstag“ am 7.7. alles Gute wünschen kann.
Zum Frühstück hätte ich gern einen kleinen Naturjoghurt, damit ich dort ein bisschen von der eingeschleusten Marmelade zugeben kann. Naturjoghurt dürfen wir jetzt angeblich auch nicht mehr essen. Dabei ist dieser im Plastikbecher abgepackt, pasteurisiert und konserviert. Bald gibt’s nichts mehr, das Patient noch essen darf. Außer Jagd- und Schinkenwurst, die geöffnet schon länger auf einem Tablett liegt. O-Saft ist heute auch aus.
Nach dem Frühstück ist Chefarzt-Visite. Es betreten Chefarzt Prof. Dr. Kröger, der Oberarzt Herr Dr. Ayuk, 4 weitere Ärztinnen und Ärzte sowie drei Pflegekräfte das Zimmer. Volle Hütte. Der Professor nimmt als einziger seine FFP2-Maske ab während er mit mir spricht. Ich beschwere mich, warum ich keinen pasteurisierten Joghurt und auch keinen abgepackten, konservierten Honig essen darf. Sicherlich würde ich mir keine frischen Nüsse knacken, Sushi bestellen oder ein Eibrot von der Tanke essen. Ich weise den Professor auf den Zeitungsartikel zur keimarmen Kost hin. Zudem sage ich, dass ein Arzt aus KMT-Ambulanz auch meinte, dass es zu der keimarmen Kost keine aussagekräftigen Studien gäbe. Zudem gibt es heute gute Profilaxen gegen Pilzerkrankungen und andere Infekte. Der Professor wollte sofort wissen, wer das mit der Studie erzählt hat. Leider gibt es nur drei männliche Kollegen in der KMT-Ambulanz. Der Professor Dr. Kröger persönlich, Herr Dr. Ayuk, der gerade mit im Raum steht und einen Dritten, den ich somit leider indirekt verpfiffen habe. Mea culpa, Herr Dr. Klyuchnikov 🙈! Ich hoffe der bekommt jetzt keine Schelle vom strengen Kröger 😬.
Vor dem Essen kommt eine Dame vom Sozialdienst rein. Sie überreicht mir einen Schein, damit später die Taxifahrten zu Nachsorgeterminen übernommen werden. Einen Behindertenausweis habe ich bereits, weshalb ich dafür kein extra Formular ausfüllen muss.
Vor dem Mittagessen schleust sich meine Cousine, die im UKE arbeitet in meine Zelle ☺️.
Zum Mittag gibt es „Gegrillter Seelachs, Dijonsenfsauce, Karotten, Brokkoli-Langkornreis“
Nach dem Mittagessen kommt eine Freundin und bringt mir neue weiche Zahnbürsten und weitere Marmeladengläschen.
Heute Nachmittag kommt Frau Scherwath, die Psychonkologin. Eigentlich wollte ich mit ihrem Kollegen sprechen. Frau S. kenne ich bereits von Station C6A und ist mir zu „pädagogisch“ in Erinnerung geblieben. Bei dem heutigen Gespräch sind mir beinahe die Augen zugefallen, da ihr Redeanteil mitunter verhältnismäßig hoch ist. Zudem hat sie irgendwie eine „katholische Art“, auch wenn das vermutlich nicht ganz korrekt ist. Im Grunde fehlt nur das „Amen“ und „Gott möge es richten“. Mein Anliegen ist vor allem, dass ich Angst vor der Angst bekomme und ständig an einen möglichen Rückfall denke. Dass ich meinem Körper nicht mehr trauen kann, da es mir in den letzten Monaten so gut ging. Gefühlt kam von heute auf morgen der Rückfall. Es erinnert mich ein wenig an Schimmelbekämpfung. Man entfernt akribisch den Schimmel, freut sich wochenlang über die schöne „neue“ Wand und auf einmal kommt der Schimmel zurück. Darauf habe ich nicht so Lust bzw. permanent von Angst behaftet zu sein, dass ein weiteres Rezidiv kommt oder der Körper die neuen Zellen abstößt.
Die letzte Ganzkörperbestrahlung ist um 17 Uhr mittlerweile auch geschafft. Bisher gibt es keine Anzeichen von Nebenwirkungen. Die treten i.d.R., wenn auch erst später auf. Jetzt warte ich, dass sie mich wieder „antakeln“ und die restlichen Tropfen des 12stündige Kaninchenserums in mich reinläuft.
