Zum Frühstück hätte ich gern eine kleine Banane. Die gibt es hier nicht. Was hier gereicht wird, damit könnte man Leute erschlagen. Wer auch immer für das Spital den Einkauf macht, sollte bedenken, dass die Patienten nicht so viel essen können und dann leider einiges in der Tonne landet 😕.
Die Pflegerin bringt wieder frische Handtücher und das obligatorische Bettzeug. Dieses Mal ist auch ein flauschiges Handtuch dabei. Die waren auf der José Carreras Station immer sehr begehrt und schnell vergriffen. Dort können die Patienten eigenständig an den Wäscheschrank gehen und sich Lieblingsstücke herauspicken. Hier nimmt Patient, was reingereicht wird.
Die Zeit vor dem Mittagessen nutze ich um offene Rechnungen zu begleichen. Die trudeln ja unentwegt vom UKE und sämtlichen Laboren ein. Hoffentlich verliere ich da nicht den Überblick. Die Rechnungen müssen nämlich noch bei der Krankenkasse und der Beihilfe eingereicht werden. Sonst gibt’s kein Geld zurück 🤷🏽♀️.
Zum Mittag bestelle ich noch einmal Kartoffelpü und Kraut.
Zur Visite kommt Frau Dr. Ryzhkova ins Zimmer. Wir kennen uns bisher noch nicht. Auch sie ist sehr zugewandt und erkundigt sich nach meinem Befinden. Gewissenhaft leuchtet sie mir in den Mund, hört Lunge und Herz ab, schaut sich die Waden zwecks möglicher Wassereinlagerungen an und ermuntert mich mit dem Theraband und dem Lungenteil zu arbeiten. Dabei benutzt sie Adjektive, wie „klasse“, „fantastisch“ oder „grandios“ in einem osteuropäisch angehauchten Akzent. Zudem sagt Frau Dr. R., dass die Nebenwirkungen sehr individuell seien und nicht zwangsläufig auftreten müssen. Vielleicht geht der krasse Kelch ja sogar an mir vorbei!? Die Ärztin verspricht Morgen wieder zu kommen.

Die Oberärztin, Frau Dr. Janson, kommt sogar auch noch einmal zur Tür herein und fragt ganz ungezwungen, wie‘s so geht. Wir plaudern ein wenig über die Bilder an der Wand und kommen auf die Lüneburger Heide zu sprechen. Sie kennt die Region nur von Fortbildungen und Seminaren. Dann wird es aber mal Zeit die Heide außerhalb der Arbeit zu erkunden. Ich erwähne noch, dass ich pünktlich zur Heideblüte bitte wieder draußen sein möchte aus dem Krankenhaus ☝🏽.
Ich wollte eigentlich schreiben, dass die Ausschussquote an „schadhaftem Bettzeug“ bisher recht gering ist und ich noch nichts eintauschen musste. Heute sind allerdings Löcher im Kopfkissen und ich muss akribische Fremdhaarabsuche betreiben. Mit Klebestreifen verschaffe ich Abhilfe. So kann Mensch den Nachmittag auch herumbringen 🔍🧐.
Zum Abendessen gibt es wieder selbstgekochtes Essen, das eine Freundin nachmittags vorbeibringt 😋. Den dazugehörigen Schokopudding vertilge ich bereits am Nachmittag. Dieses Mal sind die Pflegekräfte wesentlich kulanter. Sie stellen selbstgemachtes Essen in den Kühlschrank und wärmen es auf, sofern es zeitlich gerade passt. Das war beim letzten KH-Aufenthalt wesentlich komplizierter.
